Nice Share, I had also create a similar method using jQuery instead of changing so many files.

This is much easier, and you only had to change a single file, and no core or template file needed changing. Happy Mangeto!

Using absolute paths in order to make CSS and images work on the website is not the nicest solution. The better one is to add in section – that will also work when your website is in a folder, not in a root. (ie. http://www.yourwebsite.co.uk/blog)

Hi,
I used this code and it works great!
However, if i want to link to the configurable product while the attribute is already selected?
For example, I clicked on the BLUE color t-shirt, I need that the link will show the BLUE color chosen (along with it’s image, as I set up the product page according to this wiki
