you in the door, do the work and send you on your way, we’re in it for the duration, helping you to maintain and improve

And these are the people that make that happen;
Brian
- Managing Director
After Working as an IT manager for a fulfilment company for over 10 years, Brian realised that there was a great need
for a web agency with fantastic design skills and innovative web development. This
was the founding principle that WebCatch has been built upon.
Growing up, Brian, a typical computer geek, loved nothing more than spending hours copying code from computer magazines
to simply move some sprites around the screen on his commodore 64 (showing his age). Building his programming skills over 20
years Brian gained Microsoft Certified Application Developer status a few years back and now enjoys the variety and diversity
of the work WebCatch is involved in.
A major golf nut, Brian is amazed at not being banned from any course's for hacking into the lovely fairways, yet. When not
hacking around trying to play golf Brian is a keen squash player and *thinks* he is a dab hand at bowling.
Gemma
- Creative Director
Gemma is a hands on web designer, designing layouts and fleshing them out for the web with XHTML and CSS. She’s been
doing web design in one form or another for around 10 years having first discovered HTML while she should have been learning
Visual Basic at school.
Gemma soon realised she had a passion for the more visually creative side of the Internet so went on to study an arts degree
in Digital and Lens Media, finishing in 2005. After moving to Nottingham from the south east in 2006, she joined WebCatch in
2008 when the company began.
When not working on client websites she can be found buried in her own personal projects which often relate to installation
art, photography and the art of bowling.
Jakub
- Senior Web Developer
He started writing his first computer programs in Visual Basic when he was 15. Since then his passion for programming in general,
and web development in particular, only grew. Having finished his MSc studies as the best student in his faculty, he decided to move
to Nottingham and look for work in a dynamic and progressive web agency. That’s how he found WebCatch.
At university he learned C, C++, Java, C#, PHP, Python and various other programming languages. At WebCatch he mainly uses ASP.NET
and C# and specialises in eCommerce, systems integration and SEO. He also does a lot of PHP programming, mostly creating extensions for
Magento and Joomla! frameworks.
Some say that, when he’s not coding, he likes to engage in sports like football, volleyball and swimming and that in his spare time he
enjoys reading about project management. All we know is: he’s called Jakub.
James
- Web Developer
James is one of our technical inclined programmers, spending his time writing the code which drives our
client's websites to provide them with the bespoke functionality they desire.
He took an interest to programming whilst at school in 2002 and since then has been quickly progressed
into developing projects using various languages and technologies including C#, PHP, Java and even
some C++. Some other web-oriented experiences include working with web services, MySQL and MS
SQL databases, as well as experience with both Windows and Linux server configurations.
In his spare time he has worked on various personal projects, with the latest being the development of a
price comparison website.

WebCatch Digital was founded as part of the Meads Group with the aim of bringing together design and functionality on the
